Job Overview 
As a Sales Representative, you will help grow our corporate client base and foster partnerships across North America. With direct mentorship from the CEO, you'll develop client relationship and strategic skills while contributing to Stitch It’s expansion. This role is ideal for driven, early-career professionals eager to grow in a values-driven environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Sales & Business Development
  • Reach out to potential corporate clients to build new relationships and partnerships. 
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans to achieve company goals. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight Stitch It’s unique services. 
  • Attend networking events and client meetings to represent the Stitch It brand. 
  • Assist in researching market trends to inform sales strategies. 
 
Corporate Account Management 
  • Educate corporate clients about Stitch It’s tailoring and dry-cleaning solutions. 
  • Provide ongoing support to existing accounts, addressing inquiries and needs. 
  • Help manage account setup, pricing updates, and POS system coordination. 
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and enhance client satisfaction. 
 
Additional Responsibilities 
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences. 
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support team success. 
 
Qualifications 
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (retail or fashion preferred). 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional, friendly demeanor. 
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing under experienced leadership. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools. 
  • Interest in understanding market trends and applying insights to business growth. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
